Privacy policy

The app accesses only Google Drive files it creates or that the account holder explicitly selects for use with it, together with basic file details. It uses this information solely to save, retrieve and verify copies of those files.

Files are stored in the authorised Google Drive account. The app retains basic file details to verify copies. Google and authorised service providers process information only as needed to provide this function. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.

Files remain in Drive until the account holder removes them. Access can be revoked through Google Account connections; revoking access does not delete existing files. To request deletion of associated records or ask about data use, contact simonsaunders@mac.com.

The app’s use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
